While SKOR provides credit information to Landlords, it does not influence or bear responsibility for the decisions made by Landlords based on this information. Landlords are responsible for their own decisions and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

   3. SKOR reserves the right to collect, process, and analyze credit information pertaining to Tenants for the purpose of providing credit scoring services. This includes gathering data from credit bureaus, financial institutions, and other relevant sources.

   4. SKOR is entitled to provide credit information to Landlords, strictly for the purpose of assisting them in evaluating the Tenant’s creditworthiness and suitability for tenancy.
